Perch your home on the hill and have a great view of the countryside. This lot has brush near the road and a partially cleared area up the hill toward the west where there are some larger trees. Lake Somerset is a 200 acre private lake with four well maintained parks and a boat launch for the off shore residents to use. The Association is elected from the land owners and they work to maintain the lake and sponsor several activities throughout each year. The area is easily accessible from US12 and US127.
